We serve the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line. In Kansas that's Johnson and Wyandotte counties — Overland Park, Leawood, Prairie Village, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Mission, and Kansas City, KS. In Missouri it's Jackson, Clay, Platte, and Cass counties, including Kansas City, Lee's Summit, Liberty, Blue Springs, Independence, Parkville, Grandview, Raymore, and Belton. Our office is in Prairie Village.
Do you work with buyers, sellers, and investors, or just one?
All three. We work with first-time buyers, move-up families, downsizers, relocation clients, sellers timing a move, and investors — plus buy-before-you-sell situations where you're doing both at once. We've closed 600+ transactions and sell 85+ homes a year, so whichever side you're on, you're not our first.
How much does it cost to work with a real estate agent in Kansas City?
Commissions are negotiable and always have been — there's no standard or legally set rate in Kansas City or anywhere else. Sellers agree to a listing fee upfront. Since August 2024, buyers sign a written representation agreement stating compensation before touring homes. We put every number in writing before you commit to anything.
